The summer weather has finally arrived at Gunsite. We have had a wonderfully cool and damp Spring, but the heat is on now. June is a great month at Gunsite. The mornings are still a bit cool but quickly warm up. The Summer monsoon rains are not upon us yet, so the days are full of training time.
Father’s Day is this Sunday. Peruse the newsletter and see the items Susan and Shari have put on sale for Dad! New items include the return of the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife and the new Zippo Lighter with the retro Gunsite logo.
We are hosting the 3rd annual Stephanie Calams Scholarship Match here at Gunsite on June 22. It is a charity match with the monies raised going to local school scholarships. Remember to continue to fight the good fight to support our Constitution, Bill of Rights and way of life. One of my standard answers to the anti-gun folks is that I am an American and stand with the Constitution. They usually don’t grasp that and will say they “Support the Second Amendment, but . . . .” Which means they don’t support the Second Amendment.
We will be having some new short training videos coming out very soon. Watch each month and see what training tips we will be offering with pistols, carbines and shotguns.
