I am going to repeat something that you have heard me say before, what a wonderful country we live in! I need to say that at the beginning of this talk with you because even though the United States of America has a lot of problems right now, it is still the greatest nation on earth. I would not even be talking to you about this subject if we were not in the land of the free.

I had the privilege of attending a media event with Sisk Rifles, Timney Triggers, and MGM Targets at Gunsite Academy in Paulden, Arizona last week. To say that Gunsite Academy is a firearms training facility is akin to saying that Henry Ford made some cars. Gunsite is the premier firearms training academy in the world mostly because of the vision, foresight, and tenacity of one man, Lt. Col. John Dean “Jeff” Cooper.
