Paul Garcia served 32 years in California law enforcement, retiring at the rank of Sergeant. He worked numerous specialty assignments including Departmental Range Master, SWAT Team Leader, Auto Theft Task Force, Police Academy Firearms Instructor, and Field Training Officer. Concurrent to his law enforcement career, Paul served 21 years in the Marine Corps and Army Reserves, retiring at the rank of Sergeant First Class. His military assignments were primarily in Infantry and Military Police units.
