Bill Halvorsen

Bill Halvorsen retired in 2002 after 27 years in law enforcement with LAPD and Glendale CA. Police Departments.   During his career he worked Patrol, Special Enforcement Detail, Detectives and Motorcycle Officer. Bill was a Team Leader, Rangemaster and Armorer on the SWAT Team. Bill has been an instructor at Gunsite since 1985. As a hunter he has hunted North America, South Africa, Argentina and New Zealand.  Bill is a life member of NRA, SCI, Nevada Bighorns Unlimited, Fraternity of the Desert Bighorn and a Member of Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Trout Unlimited.  Bill is a Rangemaster for Pistol, Carbine, Shotgun and Rifle.
