Joe is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and served 36 years in law enforcement. He served 27 years with the Los Angeles Police Department. He spent all of his career there in high crime districts; working patrol, gangs, narcotics, robbery and warrants. After retiring from L.A.P.D., Joe went onto serve another 9 years with the Orange County, Ca District Attorney’s Office as an Investigator, again working gangs. Joe was also assigned to the range staff where he trained personnel in the use of pistols and carbines.
