The Gunsite Alumni Shoot, is “A Social Event only Slightly Interrupted by Gunfire”. Founded by Jeff Cooper in the late 70’s, it is held every year in the fall for graduates of a 3 or more day handgun class. Stages are set in simulators and on square ranges with scenarios similar to actual 250 class problems. Our instructors volunteer their time and provide a huge learning experience for everyone. This class is “The Gunsite Experience” and was first presented in October 1976 by Colonel Jeff Cooper. Regardless of your age, gender or experience, completing the 250 Class will change your life! You will be well grounded in the ‘Modern Technique of the Pistol’, including marksmanship, gun handling and mindset.
