Spring has finally arrived throughout the Republic. While the winter at the Gunsite Ranch was wet, it was mild. March was very warm. The weather beginning of April is perfect. The sun block is in full use on the ranges. Spring at Gunsite means more classes as many find Spring Break can be best spent learning a life-saving skill. Welcome to the Gunsmith Corner!! This is something that I had all intentions of doing since I bought the gunsmith concession here at Gunsite 2 1/2 years ago and here I am finally getting to it. Classes are underway for the 2015 season with a 250, Edged Weapons and Long Range Rifle in the rear-view mirror. Folks seem to think we are hot in the summer (like Phoenix) and cold in the winter (like Flagstaff). Neither are really true.
