March comes in like a lamb at Gunsite. Sunny and 55 degrees this afternoon for the Shotgun 260 and Seasoned Citizen 250 classes. This is some of the best time of the year as it starts our very cool but warms to the 50’s and 60’s. (Usually!) Classes are at a near record pace at Gunsite for 2021. Spring is not far! Coming from the Midwest when February usually meant very cold temperatures, snowy and cloudy days, it is a great pleasure to be in the high desert of northern Arizona. While we have snow (Ask the attendants of the “Artic Carbine 223 Class” a couple of weeks ago), it usually melts a day or so later and we are back to impossibly blue skies and marshmallow clouds and temperatures in the 50’s.
