Tactical Concealed Combat Casualty Care
This is an accelerated-paced tactical defense course and tactical medical course combined. The class includes blocks of instruction on active shooter counter measures, extracting people from hostile environments, and working in and around vehicles and structures. Indoor and Outdoor simulators, force on force, and shooting and clearing malfunctions with movement, all while working from concealment. Each day of the week, students will receive a block of instruction on different combat Casualty Care topics. Those medical topics will then be incorporated into live fire real world scenarios.
The Combat casualty care with medical tactical includes: Hands-on training with tourniquets and advanced wound bandages and splints mixed with various tactical and triage situations. Treatment of various injuries including airway injuries, gunshot wounds, fractures, chest injuries, and massive bleeding is covered.
Taught by the instructors who teach the Tactical Concealed Carry Pistol class and the 3-day Tactical Medicine class.
NOTE: The physical activity level is moderate. Equipment needed is an OWB & IWB holsters and clear classes as there will be 3-night shoots – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

It's only a five-day course but it's as good as any full semester course at Yale!!
