PAULDEN, AZ – December 15, 2022 – Gunsite Academy is proud to announce its newest partnership with the Mobile County Metro Range in Mobile, AL. This state-of-the-art facility includes a firing range, two training classrooms and a simulator training room. With this partnership Gunsite will be able to offer its most popular class, the “250 Defensive Pistol” outside of its main location in Paulden, AZ.
Taught by Certified Gunsite Instructors, the 250 Defensive Pistol class is known as the “The Gunsite Experience”. The class includes five solid days of range work, lectures and intensive indoor, low light, live fire simulators. At the end of the 5 days, the student will be well grounded in the Lt. Col. Jeff Cooper’s Modern Technique of the Pistol which includes Marksmanship, Gun handling and Combat Mindset, the elements of his well-known Combat Triad.
