Jerry McCown

Jerry McCown is a retired Arizona law enforcement officer. During his forty-one years of service, he worked in Patrol, Investigations, Traffic Services, SWAT, and for 20+ years, he was the commander of a law enforcement training academy and the primary firearms instructor. For over 20 years he was a member of the Firearm Subject Matter Expert Committee for the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board which conducted law enforcement firearms instructor classes. Jerry has been an instructor for Gunsite since 1985 and is a Rangemaster for Pistol and Shotgun.
