I’m in pre-mob training at Ft Jackson right now.Thought you would want to know that I shot expert on the M9 without even blinking this week. I shot one point from perfect (and only because we shot left hand which I’ve actually never done.) Then had a perfect score on the M9 stress test (easy compared to the wash!) The instructors had me do it twice because they didn’t believe it. The combination made me the best shot out of our class of 90 – of course mostly men. Today, I qual’d expert with the M4 carbine as well. I tied another guy for the high score on the M4. The class and the instructors have lovingly nicknamed me “killer”. They all thought my disciplined reload procedures were silly until they saw it in practice themselves. Thanks again for the great training! Hope you’re well.
